God is for Suckers! to host Carnival of the Godless: The Xmas Eve Edition
4 August 2006 by SeanI asked Brent over at Carnival of the Godless if we could host an upcoming COTG… But I wanted a special one.
He kindly gave us the Christmas Eve edition. Bwahahaha!
So get ready this coming Xmas for more of that good ol’ non-existent “war on Christmas” bull our martyred theist friends love to cling to — plus lots of other good readings, too, I’m sure.

“Oh Goody!…We can all watch Santa [Satan?...er...Fundie Trolls?] get stuck in our ‘digital chimney’…Tee hee!”
Maybe we should invite Bill ‘O’Really!’, Ins-Hannity, and Rush ‘Limp-paw’?
Of course I’m joust kidding! That would be too much of a ‘Bummer’.
Sean, …Nice goin’!… it’ll be the first time in years that I’ll have sometink to make lookink forward to the Yuletide madness…somewhat brighter.

Maybe we should invite Madonna? http://news.aol.com/entertainment/music/articles/_a/vatican-slams-madonnas-crucifixion-stunt/20060803174209990002
She’s in perfect form to honor the baby hay zeus.

Excellent Sean. Thanks so much.
(Ron wouldn’t have done anything like that.)

Thanks, all. I thought it was pretty cool. As Brent notes, it’s all about the suggestions for great article links they get, so we’ll be sure to help him promote it when the holy day approaches. He also points out that comments from discussion boards are qualified, too — as they should be.
